OK so on November 30th we are closing the regular meet up night to go to Otafest Aurora. i wont be hosting any panels or have an art table at this event but id still like to see you guys there!
so what I'm thinking is that when we are bored and have nothing better to do, we can all gather at a certain spot in the cafeteria area and basically "claim" a table for ourselves. so if anyone wants to hang with friends from the meet up, someone will most likely be at those tables. i know we where able to do this at Otafest, but i don't know how well this will go at Aurora. i guess we will see!
what set of tables? i dunno. i guess we will leave that to the conglomerate when it happens.

a post about things (maybe)
hi fillys and colts.
tomorrow is filly's night. so i hope you girls are ready to party it up. just reminding you just in case you forgot what day it is.
so our Halloween party night was a bust at my meet up. i had a huge bag of swag to give away. i showed the folks who went to mine what they could have gotten guess it sits in my house until the next contest.
as i mentioned at the meet up. id like to have a hot pot and a giant Nerf gun war and a Pokemon contest event. but IL need your guys help for these.
i need to know of a place to go and do the Nerf gun war. some large gym or hall. if i can get folk to help find one and get funds for it, that be great.
the hot pot will probley be our next event. i know this one person at the meet up has been hounding me about that for a while now so il figure out a time that works best for most of us for that.
as for the Pokemon contest event (everyone and there dog seem to have X&Y nowadays), IL try to make it so everyone has a chance to at least completing the elite 4 before i make this a thing. so everyone is at least on some kind of even ground. IL figure out some rules and a date that we will make this a thing.
also what the hell was with downtown tonight! so many roads closed for construction or something. its like Saturday and snowing guys. go home construction guys, your drunk or something.

i also wanted to say sorry to Hanna at the university meet for not being able to show up. i have that set of speakers i wanted to give you and even combine my costume contest with yours and put all my swag in your pile and make it just that more awesome. we really need to plan a thing together.

Sorry, it's taken me a while to get back to you all but I've managed to have a chat with a handful of you and decided a good place and time.

game night. fillys night. posting at midnight.
il make this sorta brief.
our next meet up will be October 19. as i mentioned at the last meet up, it will be a game night.
whats game night?
its where i ( and anyone else who wishes) to bring board/card games to play. we will also be looking into bring a "retro" game system to bring to play over the projector screen.
i also encourage you folks to bring your Nintendo DS, 3DS, or other portable systems to play with the rest of us. ( Pokemon X/Y is coming out Oct 12, so i think a majority of us will own it.)
for the people who play Magic: The Gathering, you may wish to bring a deck or 2 or whatever.
please look at the last post for info about the filly's night out if you have not done so already. its a girls only event so sorry guys.

Fillies night out, plans in the works.
Hey everyone. (and by everyone, I just mean the girls.)
I've been wanting to have another Fillies Night Out for a while now, I just haven't really had the time or effort to plan one.. it's a lot of work!
So I'm thinking we should have a get-together sometime in November I was thinking maybe on the 3ed (it's a sunday)
We have a few options of where we can go to. We can hit up Boston Pizza again, or some other food place, or we can do some other out-doors activity.
Either way, you can hit me up on skype (ikasamaawesome) or leave a message here with your suggestion.

2spooky4me (after BBQ shinnigans)
Hey everypony!
I'd first like to apologize for the lateness of this post. I actually wanted to do this much earlier, but due to my upstairs neighbours getting into arguments with Enmax, we had our power shut off for a few days. (Which pretty much really sucked. ) It's back now though, so everything can resume normally.
First things first! The BBQ picture.
I'd also like to mention that the UofC bronies (Bronies United) are having there annual "Nightmare Night."
They had this to say about the event:
"It'll be on November 2nd in The Empty Space (MacHall on the U of C campus). It'll go from 4-10 with tickets at 7$ for non members and 5$ for members. We'll be selling food and doing raffles. Please make sure that everyone knows cosplay is highly encouraged!"
The guys down at Bronies United also wanted to let me know that they also have regular meetups and such. The details are sort of missing at the moment, but we'll update when we locate the information.

my new email, BBQ update. Etc...
so for a while now i have been unable to receive or send people email though my fetedinnercore email. seems like its broke.
so i wanted to let people know i changed my email to darcyblue3@gmail.com
that's about it.
also id like people also to know that if they have any form of special diet ( vegan, need gluten free foods, etc) that they should bring there own since last year i attempted to buy vegan hot dogs for the 2 folk i know who prefer that kind of thing and they where never touched. they supposedly where a poor choice of brand and tasted poor. ( i really don't know nothing about such things.)
